By accessing or using The U LLC’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or services.
Eligibility / Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and our services. By using this website, submitting your information, or engaging with our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the website or services only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Services Provided
The U LLC provides baseball training services led by Blake Trahan, including coaching, clinics, online courses, and speaking engagements.
Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Payment & Booking Policy
All bookings for private coaching, clinics, and speaking engagements must be made in advance.
Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
No service is guaranteed until payment is received.
Intellectual Property
All content, including The Reactive Swing Process & Course, videos, and training materials, are owned by The U LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in training sessions, clinics, or using any materials provided by The U LLC, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity. The U LLC and its representatives, including Blake Trahan, are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training.
Participants should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any training program.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Private Training & Clinics
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 72 hours will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at The U LLC’s discretion.
No-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.
Speaking Engagements & Team Training
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for partial refunds.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Online Courses & Digital Products
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for digital products. Support is available for technical issues.
SMS Communication Program
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from The U LLC. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.” After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, submit your information again through our forms.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes will be handled in Louisiana courts under Louisiana law. Claims must first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
